From fragmented systems to one working environment.
A multi-site fuel retail operation was constrained by a fragmented tech stack. POS, payments, and loyalty systems operated independently, creating inconsistent behaviour across locations and making issues difficult to diagnose.
Instead of layering another integration on top, we took end-to-end ownership. We restructured the environment and aligned the systems into a single, consistent operating model.
